본 개인정보 처리방침은 EV7lab(이하 '당사')이 개발한 앱 3D Solar System(이하 '앱')의 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항을 규정합니다.
당사는 사용자로부터 직접적인 개인 식별 정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만, 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음과 같은 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 제3자 서비스를 이용하며, 해당 서비스 제공업체는 자체적인 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다.
수집된 정보는 오직 다음의 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
본 앱은 Android 13 이상에서 푸시 알림 발송을 위해 알림 권한(POST_NOTIFICATIONS)을 요청합니다. 사용자는 권한 요청 시 거부하거나, 이후 기기의 설정 > 앱 > 3D Solar System > 알림에서 언제든지 알림을 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 알림 권한을 거부하더라도 앱의 핵심 기능 이용에는 영향이 없습니다.
본 앱은 사용자가 있는 곳에서 실제로 보이는 하늘을 재현하기 위해 정밀 위치(GPS) 및 대략적 위치(네트워크) 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 위치 정보는 다음 목적에만 사용됩니다.
수집된 위치 정보는 기기 내에서 처리되며, 당사 서버에 저장하거나 광고 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 위치 권한은 선택 사항이며, 설정 > 앱 > 3D Solar System > 권한에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 거부하거나 철회하더라도 위치 기반 기능 외의 앱 핵심 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 실시간 밤하늘 위에 별자리를 겹쳐 보여주는 '스카이뷰' 기능을 위해 카메라 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 카메라 영상은 기기 내에서만 실시간으로 처리되며, 저장, 녹화, 서버 전송 또는 제3자 공유가 전혀 이루어지지 않습니다. 카메라 권한을 거부하더라도 스카이뷰 기능은 화면 드래그 방식으로 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 앱의 다른 핵심 기능에는 영향이 없습니다. 권한은 스카이뷰 화면 내에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
당사는 수집된 비식별 정보를 안전하게 처리하며, 법적 의무가 없는 한 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 광고 ID 등의 데이터 전송 시 암호화 기술을 사용합니다.
본 앱은 13세 미만의 아동을 주 타겟으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 아동으로부터 고의로 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

This App requests notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) on Android 13 and above to send push notifications. Users may deny the permission when prompted, or disable notifications at any time via Settings > Apps > 3D Solar System > Notifications. Denying notification permission does not affect the core functionality of the App.
This App may request precise (GPS) and approximate (network-based) location permission in order to reproduce the sky as it actually appears from the user's position. Location information is used only for the following purposes:
Location information is processed on the device. It is not stored on the Company's servers, is not used for advertising, and is never sold to third parties. Location permission is optional and can be revoked at any time under Settings > Apps > 3D Solar System > Permissions. Denying or revoking the permission does not affect any core functionality of the App other than the location-based features themselves.
This App may request camera permission for the 'SkyView' feature, which overlays real-time constellations onto the night sky. Camera footage is processed in real time on the device only and is never stored, recorded, transmitted to a server, or shared with any third party. Denying camera permission does not disable SkyView — the feature remains fully usable via drag-based navigation — and does not affect any other core functionality of the App. The permission can be turned off at any time within the SkyView screen.
The Company securely processes the collected non-identifiable information and destroys it without delay after achieving the purpose unless there is a legal obligation. Encryption technology is used when transmitting data such as Advertising IDs.
This App does not primarily target children under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
